Parent Meetings - VERY Important

PARENT MEETINGS

This is our 25th Year Celebration and we want YOU to enjoy it to the fullest!!!


In order to do that you need to be informed of ALL upcoming scheduled events.

We just need 6 things from you:

  2. 1.  Attend ONE of the VERY IMPORTANT Parent Meetings where you will receive this information first-hand from Ms. Patty PLUS have the opportunity to ask questions.
  3. 2.  Please do NOT bring your children to BADA during the meeting (unless you bring a sitter for them.)  This is the only BADA event that is NOT child friendly.  (This includes your dancer as the ending time of meetings do not necessarily co-ordinate with the ending time of classes.)

One glass of wine will be offered to those who would like to attend the evening meetings.  Please arrive early to receive your glass of wine.  We can’t hold up the meetings to serve you.
The meeting room will open 15 minutes beforehand and MEETINGS WILL BEGIN ON TIME!!!!!
Anyone arriving late  will be asked to come to another meeting.

3.  Bring a positive attitude as this meeting is for YOU.  It will be an informative meeting and will make your picture week, performance week and the weeks leading up to these the best, most positive experience.  Prizes will be given out for various things!   
4.   Please remember to be on time and to stay for the whole meeting.  To be properly informed about all aspects of the next few months AND to be eligible for your comp tickets, you must stay until dismissed.  ‘Seasoned’ parents will be released first and should allot one hour.  IT IS IMPORTANT TO YOUR DANCER AND YOUR FAMILY THAT YOU RECEIVE ALL INFORMATION.
5.  There are 6 meeting times from which to choose so that ALL parents will have every opportunity to attend comfortably.  Again, please do NOT bring your children.

Sunday, March 4th  6:30pm
Monday, March 5th  6:30pm
Tuesday, March 6th  6:30pm
Wednesday, March 7th  12:00pm
Thursday, March 8th  6:30pm
