This 30-minute class introduces young movers to the fundamentals of acrobatic movement in a safe and supportive environment. Dancers build strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility through age-appropriate progressions such as animal walks, basic rolls, bridges, and introductory inversions.
Designed specifically for ages 2 through Kindergarten, this class blends creative exploration with foundational acro skills — helping children develop body awareness, confidence, and control while having fun on the mat!

Designed for Pre-K and Kindergarten dancers, this joyful class blends the grace of ballet with the rhythm and excitement of tap — the perfect next step for growing movers! During our Spring Session, dancers build coordination, musicality, balance, and listening skills while learning foundational technique in a fun, age-appropriate way.Little dancers practice following directions, remembering movement patterns, and expressing themselves through upbeat music and imaginative activities. From tiptoeing like a ballerina to making happy tap sounds with their feet, every class builds confidence, independence, and a love for learning.

For 1st-5th graders, Ballet PLUS is the perfect blend of strong ballet foundations and exciting exploration. During our Spring Session, dancers focus on posture, alignment, coordination, and classical technique — while also sampling other styles BADA has to offer, giving them a broader dance experience in one fun class.Each week brings opportunities to grow in strength, flexibility, and artistry, while discovering new ways to move and express themselves. Dancers gain confidence as they master ballet basics and try fresh rhythms, dynamics, and styles that keep class engaging and inspiring.

Middle & high school dancers — this is your chance to explore, experiment, and discover what you love! During our 6-week Spring Session, BADA Sampler introduces a different dance style each week, giving students a fun, low-pressure way to experience the variety BADA has to offer.
From the technique of ballet to the energy of hip hop, the expression of contemporary to the rhythm of tap and more, each class brings something new. Dancers build coordination, confidence, musicality, and versatility while stepping outside their comfort zone in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Strength From the Inside Out
Designed for middle schoolers through adults, Pilates is the perfect class to build strength, improve flexibility, and develop the body control that supports everything you do — in dance and in life. This low-impact, high-benefit workout focuses on core stability, alignment, balance, and mindful movement.
Dancers will notice improved technique, stronger turns, better balance, and faster progress, while non-dancers gain better posture, mobility, and overall body awareness. It’s also a wonderful option for parents and students to take together!
